Generic Requirements

• Visa Validity: Up to 365 days / 90 days, depending on the visa issued.
• Stay Duration: Up to 30 days / 90 days, depending on the visa issued.
• Entry Type: The applicant cannot select Single Entry or Multiple Entry.
  • The type of entry granted is determined solely by Saudi Immigration / MOFA.
  • The visa fee remains the same for both Single and Multiple Entry visas.

Eligibility

Citizens of eligible countries may apply for a KSA E-Visa if they meet any of the following eligibility conditions:

• Hold a valid Schengen, USA, or UK Visit Visa, subject to applicable eligibility conditions.
• Are Permanent Residents of the USA, European Union, or United Kingdom.
• Are Residents of one of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

Required Documents

• Latest and most updated passport copy of the applicant.
• Supporting residence permit or eligible visa copy, wherever applicable.
• Any additional documents requested by Saudi Immigration or MOFA during the application process.

Processing Time

• Standard processing time is approximately 3–5 working days.
• However, under current processing conditions, applications may take approximately 10–15 working days or longer.
• Processing timelines are subject to MOFA / Immigration approval and workload.

• Please ensure that the passport submitted for the visa application is the applicant’s latest and most updated passport.
• Visa issuance is completely subject to the approval of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) / Immigration Authorities.
• Single or Multiple Entry cannot be guaranteed or selected by the applicant. The final entry type is determined by the concerned immigration authority.
• Visa approval or rejection is entirely at the discretion of the concerned authorities, and Satguru Travel has no control over the final decision.
• Although the standard processing time is approximately 3–5 working days, processing may take 10–15 working days or longer depending on MOFA or Immigration.
• Visa charges are non-refundable in case of rejection.
